RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our goal is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience.

We accept returns up to 20 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

 

To initiate a refund, return, or exchange, email us at ontotalwellness@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for returning.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, or defective in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ontotalwellness@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Any damaged/defective items must be submitted to us within 20 days after the product is received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Your purchase is protected with our return policy for 20 days. 20+ days after your purchase, OnTotalWellness cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
